Tour on Disabilities Act stopping in Buffalo – City & Region – The Buffalo News

The ADA Legacy Tour, commemorating the 25th anniversary of passage of the Americans With Disabilities Act, will be stopping in Buffalo Wednesday and Thursday, hosted by the Museum of disABILITY History, 3826 Main S.

A reception will welcome the tour from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday. The ADA25 Legacy tour bus contains displays highlighting photographer Tom Olin’s iconic photos and milestones in the disability rights movement. Visitors also can add their signatures to the ADA quilt.

In celebration of the ADA turning 25, the museum also is offering free admission Wednesday and Thursday.
